Kgale Auctioneers was established 27 years ago in April 1998.It is 100% citizen owned. Mrs Pheto, Mr Sekgekge and Ms. Ntsoane are all directors and shareholders of the company.
Mrs. Pheto’s Auction Portfolio
She has conducted numerous auctions over the years on behalf of the Government of Botswana, Parastatals and for various private and commercial companies. She has 10 years of banking experience with Standard Chartered Bank – Botswana.
Mr. Sekgekge’s Auction Expertise
Mr. Sekgekge has 27 years auctioneering experience, has obtained his Diploma in Auctioneering and has conducted many auctions including CTO, WUC, Botswana Post, BPC, Orapa and Jwaneng mine staff auctions. He is also a farmer in the Ramokgonami area where he owns cattle and cultivates grain.
Experienced Professional Team
Kgale auctioneers has a permanent staff of five and collectively have considerable experience in all types of auctions of both immovable and movable property, including vehicles, plant, machinery, tractors, trucks, and all items of a technical nature as well as ivory, game, and livestock.

Kgale Auctioneers core business is AUCTIONEERING and are also trained Valuers. Both Mrs Lenah Pheto and Mr Rebagamang Sekgekge have obtained their Diplomas in Auctioneering and Certificates in Real Estate. Certificates attached.
Mrs. Pheto’s Experience & Credentials
Mrs Pheto has 29 years’ experience in all types of auctions. She comes from the Tsabong area. She has obtained her Diploma in Auctioneering and is a qualified lady Auctioneer, a member of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana, a sworn Government Appraiser with the High Court of Botswana Lobatse and a qualified warehouse manager.
Ms. Ntsoane’s Administrative Experience
Ms. Ntsoane has experience as an Office administrator, Cashier, and Record keeper. She has obtained certificates for MS word and MS excel and computers. She too, has been with the company for 27 years.
